Caring Communities, supporting people of all ages

Caring Communities CIC is a registered Domiciliary Care Company that provides assisted supported living to people of all ages who are in need of care services.

We provide the passion, motivation and facilities to ensure a complete end to end journey for our young people including housing, training, education, independent living skills, good citizenship and employment.

All our services promote social mobility and improve the life chances of our service users. We seek to raise service users’ aspirations and tackle social isolation by developing skills, confidence and motivation. We provide practical support into employment and training and have a valuable track record of delivering community regeneration and social inclusion initiatives.

Our Promise to you:

  • We will spend time and listen to you
  • We will involve you in decisions about your life
  • We want you to be involved and make your voice heard
  • We want you to be fit and healthy
  • We want you to feel safe
  • We want you to get the most out of life

We aim to provide a ‘person focused’ approach to domiciliary care and support. Person focused means delivering in a way that the person wants, and which promotes community interaction and makes them to be part of society as long as it is safe to do so. If we are focused on the person needs and the dreams and aspirations of family members and significant others the nature of our service will be truly person centred and produce positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Domiciliary care and supported living is a combination of housing and support services agreed through a multi-party relationship involving the service user, Caring Communities domiciliary living services the local Social Service Department/Primary Care Trust and housing and accommodation providers. We will provide the passion, motivation and facilities to ensure a complete end to end journey for our young people in terms of housing, training and education, independent living skills, good citizenship and employment.
